Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA Inc. in Alamo, Tennessee is seeking a Planning & Fulfillment Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations across the local business unit. You will drive integrated planning, oversee warehouse and inventory management, and align the value chain with business goals.

This role requires 10+ years in manufacturing operations leadership, SAP experience, APICS CPIM, and a proven record of developing high-performing teams while improving service levels and reducing lead times.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of operations management experience in manufacturing.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• APICS CPIM certification and Lean 6S beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to align demand, supply, and financial planning.
• Develop and execute a single, integrated rolling plan to drive business performance.
• Own and optimize warehouse and inventory management processes to reduce lead times and working capital.
• Conduct value chain assessments and implement solutions to enhance service levels.
• Champion ERP best practices for inventory control and planning.
• Oversee the Procure to Pay process and ensure seamless supplier collaboration.
• Guide inbound and outbound transportation operations and administration.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
