Job summary

Joe Duffy Group is seeking a highly organised Parts Manager to oversee our parts department operations. You will manage inventory, lead a small team and drive profitability while ensuring workshop and retail customers receive exceptional service.

The role focuses on department leadership, stock control, and improving service levels across workshop and retail teams, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in automotive parts, with 1–2 years in supervision.
• Familiar with Group network and the relevant brand.
• Proficient in dealer management systems and Excel.
• Full, clean Irish/EU driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and schedule the parts department team to drive performance.
• Monitor monthly KPIs: sales revenue, gross profit and inventory turnover.
• Implement and maintain efficient workflows for parts ordering, receiving and distribution.
• Support workshop, trade and retail parts sales and relationships with local garages.
• Handle complex customer inquiries or parts discrepancies with timely first-time resolution.
