Papé Machinery, Inc. in Woodland, CA is seeking a Parts Supervisor to lead parts operations at our Woodland location.

This leadership role focuses on executing the parts department, optimizing inventory, developing the team, and delivering outstanding customer service to technicians and customers alike. You will balance customer service, technician support, inventory health, and department profitability while driving urgency, accuracy, and accountability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in parts or dealership operations.
• Strong knowledge of parts workflow, inventory control, and department processes.
• Agricultural or equipment parts knowledge, preferably John Deere.
• Strong communication skills and ability to foster teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily parts operations, inventory accuracy, and customer support.
• Manage stocking, receiving, cycle counts, returns, claims, and obsolete inventory.
• Drive sales, margins, freight control, and department profitability.
• Coach the team, build accountability, and partner with service, sales, and customers to support equipment uptime and overall branch performance.
