Job summary

Papé Machinery Agriculture & Turf in Woodland, CA is seeking a Parts Supervisor to lead daily parts operations, manage inventory health, and deliver outstanding customer support. This role balances service, technician assistance, profitability, and team development to keep parts flowing accurately and on time.

You will coach the team, drive accuracy, coordinate with service and sales, and ensure uptime and branch performance while maintaining a fast-paced, safety‑conscious work environment.

PARTS SUPERVISOR:

Are you a strong parts leader who can drive department performance, develop people, and deliver a great customer experience? Papé Machinery is seeking a Parts Supervisor to lead parts operations at our Woodland, CA location.

This leadership role is responsible for parts department execution, inventory performance, team development, and customer satisfaction. You will lead daily operations, improve process consistency, and help ensure customers and technicians have the right parts when they need them. This role requires a leader who can balance customer service, technician support, inventory health, and department profitability while building a team that operates with urgency, accuracy, and accountability.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead daily parts operations, inventory accuracy, and customer support.
• Manage stocking, receiving, cycle counts, returns, claims, and obsolete inventory.
• Drive sales, margins, freight control, and department profitability.
• Coach the team, build accountability, and partner with service, sales, and customers to support equipment uptime and overall branch performance.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Leadership experience in parts or dealership operations.
• Strong knowledge of parts workflow, inventory control, and department processes.
• Agricultural or equipment parts knowledge, preferably John Deere.
• Strong communication skills, business system proficiency, and seasonal overtime flexibility.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster teamwork, promote exceptional customer service, drive accountability, and effectively lead a department in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $100,00/yr (Depending on Experience)
