Qualifications

• Leadership experience in parts or dealership operations.
• Strong knowledge of parts workflow and inventory control.
• Agricultural or equipment parts knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Ability to lead a department in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily parts operations, inventory accuracy, and customer support.
• Manage stocking, receiving, cycle counts, returns, claims, and obsolete inventory.
• Drive sales, margins, freight control, and department profitability.
• Coach the team, build accountability, and partner with service and sales to support equipment uptime and branch performance.
