Job summary

Marlen, part of the Duravant family, seeks a Parts Manager to lead aftermarket parts activities and deliver financial and operational growth. You will join the Lifecycle Services leadership team and drive revenue, margins, and customer satisfaction while aligning with budgets and strategic priorities.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in management, strong financial acumen, and experience with CRM/ERP systems. Travel up to 10% and a 4-year degree are expected for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in technical or business field preferred.
• 5-7 years of work experience; 3 years in a comparable management position.
• Experience in OEM / capital equipment industry preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and accountability.
• Strong business analysis, problem solving, and strategy development skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Knowledge of PC’s – Office 365, CRM and ERP.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and engineering processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides commercial leadership for all of Marlen’s aftermarket parts activities.
• Functions as a member of Marlen’s Lifecycle Services leadership team.
• Grow revenue, increase margin levels and optimize customer satisfaction while controlling expenses.
• Forecasts Marlen International’s parts business.
• Influences other departments to reduce warranty exposure.
• Conducts market analysis to identify parts opportunities and meet customer needs.
• Directs promotion of products to increase market share and competitive position.
• Develops cross functional relationships to execute the strategy.
• Establishes relationships across Duravant’s Operating Companies to share best practices.
• Manages parts business from quoting to shipment.
• Coaches and develops team members to maintain professionalism.
• Develops KPI’s and reports on financial and operational performance.
• Executes parts pricing analysis and communicates pricing updates.
