Qualifications

• Supervisory or managerial experience in parts, warehouse, or related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the Parts Department to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory control activities, including forecasting, ordering, receiving, stocking, cycle counts, and returns, to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Collaborate with the Service Department to ensure timely parts availability and minimize downtime.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Review inventory reports, backorders, obsolete stock, and purchasing trends to improve profitability.
