• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer phone calls and provide price quotes and information.
• Process orders, invoices, and payments for retail and shop customers.
• Pull and fill parts from stock and locate out-of-stock items.
• Support Outside Sales Representatives with orders.
• Ensure invoices and charges are correctly applied to service orders.
