Job summary

Nucar Nissan of Keene is seeking an experienced, high-energy Parts Manager to lead our parts team in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment in New Hampshire. You will oversee both retail and wholesale parts operations, driving profitability and customer satisfaction through strong leadership and strategic planning.

The ideal candidate brings at least five years in automotive parts and 1–3 years in dealership supervision, with a proven track record of improving efficiency and service

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of automotive parts-related experience.
• 1–3 years of dealership supervisory/management experience.
• Experience in a high-volume dealership environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and managerial skills with an analytical mindset.
• Previous automotive sales experience is highly helpful.

Responsibilities

• Forecast financial goals and departmental objectives, implementing driven strategies to meet them.
• Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all parts department staff.
• Prepare, administer, and monitor an annual operating budget to maximize parts department profitability and efficiency.
• Oversee inventory turns, minimize obsolescence, and rigorously control daily departmental operations.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with retail, wholesale, and internal customers to drive repeat and referral business.
