Job summary

Fort Thunder Harley-Davidson, a RideNow subsidiary, seeks a Parts Manager to oversee the dealership’s Parts Department, including motorcycle, ATV, and watercraft parts and accessories.

You will lead a high-performing team, manage inventory and pricing strategies, and drive monthly and annual sales targets while monitoring profitability and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a retail environment (dealership preferred).
• Proven leadership with the ability to motivate and manage sales teams to achieve goals.
• Deep understanding of parts inventory systems and dealer management tools (CDK and/or Lightspeed preferred).
• Exceptional sales, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of parts and servicing for motorcycles, ATVs, and watercraft required.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must be able to safely move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas.

• Stay up to date on the latest parts, accessories, and powersports industry trends.
• Collaborate with other department heads to streamline communication and maximize the overall dealership experience

Description and Responsibilities

Fort Thunder Harley-Davidson,a subsidiary of RideNow, is on the lookout for a Parts Manager to oversee and direct the operation of the dealership’s Parts Department, which sells motorcycle, ATV, and watercraft parts and accessories. • Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
