Job summary

Fort Thunder Harley-Davidson, a RideNow subsidiary, seeks a Parts Manager to lead the Parts Department, selling motorcycle, ATV, and watercraft parts and accessories.

You will coach a high-performing team, drive revenue through inventory planning, pricing, and sales performance, and partner with the service department to meet technician needs quickly. The role requires 3+ years in retail leadership and knowledge of CDK/Lightspeed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management in retail, dealership preferred.
• Proven ability to motivate and manage sales teams to hit targets.
• Deep knowledge of parts inventory systems and dealer tools (CDK/Lightspeed).

Fort Thunder Harley-Davidson, a subsidiary of RideNow, is on the lookout for a Parts Manager to oversee and direct the operation of the dealership’s Parts Department, which sells motorcycle, ATV, and watercraft parts and accessories. What You'll Do:

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing parts team focused on delivering superior customer service and achieving sales goals.
• Drive revenue through effective inventory planning, pricing strategies, and team sales performance.
• Set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets; monitor gross margins and departmental profitability.
  Optimize inventory levels to balance availability and cost-efficiency, in coordination with the General Manager.
• Partner with the service department to ensure technician needs are met quickly and efficiently.
• Stay up to date on the latest parts, accessories, and powersports industry trends.
• Collaborate with other department heads to streamline communication and maximize the overall dealership experience

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of management experience in a retail environment (dealership preferred).
• Proven leadership with the ability to motivate and manage sales teams to achieve sales goals
• Deep understanding of parts inventory systems and dealer management tools (CDK and/or Lightspeed preferred)
• Exceptional sales, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of parts and servicing for motorcycles, ATVs, and watercraft required.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
