You will build vendor relationships, negotiate pricing and delivery schedules, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies while delivering exceptional customer service across the dealership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Parts Manager or in a similar automotive role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with computer software related to inventory and parts management.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in automotive parts management are a plus.
