Job summary

ISHE is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead the parts department at a dealership in the region. The role focuses on day-to-day operations, inventory control, and driving wholesale and retail sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has prior dealership parts management experience, strong leadership, and familiarity with a DMS and parts systems. Competitive compensation and full benefits are offered.

A growing, family-run automotive group in Southeast Idaho is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead the parts department at one of its dealerships.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day parts operations, including counter, wholesale, and shop support
• Control inventory levels, stocking, ordering, returns, and obsolescence
• Grow wholesale and retail parts sales and gross profit
• Work closely with the service department to keep repair orders moving and customers satisfied
• Hire, train, and lead the parts staff
• Maintain accurate records and meet manufacturer and dealership standards
