S&H Farm Supply is seeking a Parts Manager to oversee the parts department, manage inventory, and ensure timely parts delivery. You will order, receive, and stock parts while leading a team to provide exceptional customer service.

The role requires experience in parts management, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Some Saturdays and overtime may be required.

Parts Manager

Job description: The Parts Manager is responsible for overseeing the parts department and ensuring that it operates efficiently and effectively. This includes managing inventory, ordering parts, and ensuring that customers receive the correct parts in a timely manner. The Parts Manager will also be responsible for managing a team and ensuring that they are properly trained and motivated to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and ensure that parts are ordered in a timely manner
• Order, receive, and stock parts
• Ensure that customers receive the correct parts in a timely manner
• Manage a team and ensure that they are properly trained and motivated to provide excellent customer service
• Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the parts department
• Ensure that the parts department is in compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Work with other departments to ensure that parts are available when needed
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a timely manner
