Position Scope

The Parts Manager oversees all parts department operations, including inventory control, warehousing, pricing, and departmental accounting. This role ensures adequate inventory levels, efficient workflow, and strong communication across divisions to support equipment and power systems. The Parts Manager supervises staff, manages training programs, and drives profitability while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Preferred Qualification(s)

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Five years of experience in warehousing and inventory control.
• Minimum five years managing heavy equipment parts operations.

Physical and Mental Requirements

• Ability to lift/carry up to 20 lbs and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent standing, sitting, stair climbing, and occasional machine access.
• Must pass background check, physical exam, and drug screening.

Work Environment

• Office setting with occasional exposure to moderate or loud noise in warehouse areas.
• Requires adherence to PPE and safety guidelines.
• Interaction with multiple departments and occasional travel between locations.

Work Environment:

Work is conducted in a comfortable office environment but exposure to site conditions may also occur. Personal protective equipment must be worn in areas as required.
