Job summary

Midwest Machinery Co. is seeking a Parts Manager to lead our parts department across our Minnesota locations. You will oversee daily operations, manage inventory, support your team, and ensure both customers and technicians have the parts they need to stay productive.

Parts Manager – Lead a Team That Keeps Our Customers Running

Midwest Machinery Co. (MMC) is a fast-growing, family-owned John Deere dealership with 29 locations across Minnesota and western Wisconsin. The Position

We're looking for an organized, customer-focused Parts Manager to lead our parts department. In this leadership role, you'll oversee daily operations, manage inventory, support your team, and ensure both customers and technicians have the parts they need to stay productive.

You'll monitor department performance and ensure department goals are achieved while managing an effective parts inventory control system. You'll also help improve processes, develop employees, resolve employee and departmental issues, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Additional responsibilities include submitting parts warranty claims, maintaining accurate inventory, supporting department financial goals, and ensuring the parts department operates efficiently and effectively.

Purpose

The purpose of this position is to lead the Parts Department while delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers. This role is responsible for maximizing department performance through effective inventory management, process improvement, team leadership, employee development, and customer satisfaction while consistently representing Midwest Machinery Co.'s core values.
