MTI Distributing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead and grow our Parts Department in Minnesota. This hands-on leadership role focuses on inventory management, customer satisfaction, team development, and profitability.

You will drive parts sales, optimize inventory, and collaborate with Sales, Service, Operations, Purchasing, and Finance to support growth and continuous improvement while mentoring a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in parts operations or related field.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in turf, agricultural, construction, automotive, or related equipment industries preferred.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Parts Customer Service Representatives.
• Drive parts sales growth and achieve revenue and gross margin goals.
• Oversee inventory management, replenishment, accuracy, and fill-rate performance.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns.
• Monitor department KPIs, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Sales, Service, Operations, Purchasing, Finance, and vendor representatives to support business growth and continuous improvement.
• Assist with daily parts operations and customer transactions as needed.

• Proficiency with business systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
