Job summary

Brandt Group of Companies seeks a Parts Leadhand at our Windsor Peterbilt location to oversee daily operations of the parts department, including front counter duties and inventory control. You will supervise staff, ensure safety, and coordinate inventory activities to maintain efficient parts flow.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in parts operations with supervisory experience and a strong customer-service focus.

Qualifications

• Ability to organize work and set priorities to meet objectives.
• Supervisory experience in a parts operation with mentoring and development.
• Strong customer service mindset and sound judgment for internal/external customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping, receiving and warehousing standards in parts department.
• Monitor staff to ensure safety and quality in parts and warehouse tasks.
• Maintain internal standards, policies and reporting practices.
• Lead 5S and Lean organization of the parts area.
• Address customer parts needs and resolve issues with orders.
• Coordinate annual physical parts inventory and transfers.
