The Larson Group Peterbilt is seeking an experienced Parts Counter Lead to join our team. You will oversee counter staff and perform all parts counter functions while ensuring customers receive the best possible experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, coaching staff, and communicating with Parts Management on opportunities to improve the customer experience. This safety-sensitive role requires a high school diploma and at least 3 years of parts counter experience.

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 3 years of parts counter experience.

• Display a professional, positive and helpful attitude when helping customers in person, by phone, email or e-commerce.

• Performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Should possess a High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 3 years Parts Counter experience is required.
