Job summary

Transport Refrigeration, Inc. is seeking a Parts Lead in Oak Creek, WI to support daily parts department operations and maintain accurate inventory. You will assist technicians and customers, pick and ship parts, and handle warranty parts for reimbursement.

A forklift may be required, and on-the-job training is provided. The role offers a Monday–Friday day shift with no weekends, PTO from day one, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, LTD, HSA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in parts, logistics, warehouse, or inventory control.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math skills for pricing, orders, and warranty tracking.
• Forklift experience or willingness to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize parts inventory in a clean, safe department.
• Process incoming stock and manage inventory levels using the MAS system.
• Assist customers at the parts counter and by phone with parts orders.
• Pick, distribute, and record parts for technician service orders.
• Process and submit warranty parts for manufacturer reimbursement.
• Handle COD transactions and cashier responsibilities.
• Load and unload trailers using a forklift.
• Deliver parts to customers and vendors and pick up special orders.
• Assemble A/C hoses, custom kits, and OEM product builds.
• Support shipping by boxing parts, creating labels, and preparing orders.
• Participate in annual physical inventory and ongoing cycle counts.
