Job summary

Leedo Cabinets LLC is seeking an Edgebanding Kitter to operate in a manufacturing environment. You will load and organize parts according to tickets to support production efficiency and customer success.

You will work with a team, follow PPE and 5S practices, and help ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery. High school diploma preferred; 1-2 years manufacturing experience helpful.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to identify various colors.
• Basic computer skills; training will be provided.
• Strong sense of urgency; meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Load parts onto assembly carts per tickets and production requirements.
• Keep parts organized and ready for upcoming work orders.
• Collaborate with team to resolve issues with tickets, quality, safety, or workflow.
• Follow PPE requirements and support department safety.
• Maintain clean work areas per 5S standards.
• Meet productivity and quality goals.
