Dover Corp is seeking an Assembler II - Kitting to support our Operations team. You will read job orders and BOMs, arrange for delivery and assembly of supplies, and move and sort parts to ensure on-time production.

You will work at multiple workstations, maintain a clean and safe area, and follow safety protocols. The role requires collaboration with supervisors, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic drawings.
• Proficiency with handheld tools and measuring devices.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend a job order and bill of materials.
• Arrange for delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies to meet schedules.
• Move totes, check parts, and store components.
• Coordinate with supervisors to assess progress and discuss changes.
• Identify maintenance needs on equipment and tooling.
• Work at different workstations as needed by production.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Use required safety equipment for each operation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
