Job summary

Pacific Unlimited, Inc. is seeking an experienced Parts Inventory Manager to own the intake and issuance of parts across our service, maintenance, and sales teams. You will lead a small warehouse team, ensuring the right parts are on hand to minimize downtime and maximize uptime.

You’ll track stock, coordinate with suppliers, and use ERP/WMS systems to maintain accurate records, while enforcing safety, organization, and regulatory compliance in the warehouse environment on Guam.

Qualifications

• Experience in parts, inventory, or warehouse management, in equipment, automotive, generator, or logistics environments.
• Previous experience supervising or leading a team.
• Working knowledge of ERP or WMS systems and barcode scanning.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and comfort with numbers and forecasting.
• Good communication and negotiation skills with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Track stock levels, set minimum and maximum reorder thresholds, and run regular cycle counts and full warehouse audits to prevent stockouts and overstock
• Work with suppliers to order parts, track open purchase orders, negotiate pricing, and inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy
• Supervise, train, and schedule parts clerks, warehouse staff, and material handlers
• Maintain real-time inventory records using ERP and warehouse management systems and barcode scanners
• Partner with service, maintenance, and sales teams to forecast part needs and minimize equipment and vehicle downtime
• Keep storage areas clean, safe, organized, and compliant with company and regulatory standards

The Role

You’ll own our parts inventory from the moment a shipment arrives to the moment a part gets to the technician or customer. You’ll lead a small team, work closely with our service, maintenance, and sales groups, and make sure we have the right parts on hand at the right time.
