Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience.
• Experience with warehouse cycle count activities, shipping, receiving, and storage.
• Must be able to pass drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders by processing transfers and creating NAV sales orders.
• Perform receiving, storage, packing boxes, and shipping.
• Maintain Min/Max items and bin location accuracy.
• Research parts for customers and service technicians.
• Facilitate returns (core and warranty).
• Ensure customer service standards and policy compliance.
• Operate safely with PPE and follow safety guidelines.
