Job summary

JF Petroleum Group in Austin, TX seeks a Warehouse/Technician Support professional to manage parts and inventory, assist technicians, and coordinate warehousing tasks. The role includes coordinating parts shipments, stock control, and supporting warranty repairs with the service department.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, basic warehouse systems knowledge, experience with cycle counts, forklift operation, and shipping/receiving, with reliable attendance and ability to lift

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• General knowledge of warehouse and inventory control systems.
• Experience with cycle counts, forklift operation, shipping and receiving.
• Must pass drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR if driving for the company.
• Physical ability to repetitively lift up to 50 pounds, bend, and stand 8–10 hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Determine the needs of the Technician and coordinate parts.
• Cross reference parts in stock; coordinate ordering if needed.
• Notify service dept when parts arrive and stage for technicians.
• Manage inventories and quarterly vehicle stock checks.
• Support warehouse day-to-day functions: receiving, labeling, stocking, and shipping.
