Job summary

Responsibilities

• Communicate freight charges and shipment status.
• Receive and process incoming part shipments, including loading/unloading.
• Maintain records of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Follow RDO Truck Centers procedures for transactions.
• Operate forklifts and dealership equipment safely.
• Assist with inventory control and report discrepancies.
• Ensure correct parts reach customers promptly.
• Receive, ship, and store parts per guidelines.
• Stay current on industry and product information.
• Pickup and deliver parts for customers and vendors as needed.
• Store parts in stockroom per system and assist cycle counts.
• Follow safety rules and company policies.
• Present a professional image to customers and community.
• Seek and participate in available training to develop skills.
• Participate in all related meetings and communications.
• Maintain positive relationships with peers and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
