Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Parts Clerk to manage ordering, replenishment, receiving, stocking, transferring, and issuing of parts at Kenco Material Handling Solutions. You will identify parts for repairs, enter orders, receive parts, price parts, and respond to internal requests, while collaborating with vendors to maintain stock levels.

The role requires 1–3 years in a Parts Department, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift 10–50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years’ experience in Parts Department.
• Inventory management experience preferred.
• Experience with computerized inventory software and ordering systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify parts needed for shop repairs.
• Enter all parts on work orders and receive parts into the system.
• Complete parts pricing and quotes for service personnel.
• Respond to part requests from shop personnel quickly and accurately.
• Work with vendors to locate and order parts.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and assist in payables for parts.
