Job summary

Kenco Logistics seeks a Warehouse Clerk to support reporting, inventory, and system audits, using inventory and warehouse management systems to prep and track materials for shipping and receiving.

You may work in inventory control and shipping/receiving roles. Responsibilities include reading orders, preparing materials, creating shipping labels, data entry, and performing cycle counts, audits, and reports. Kenco emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork, with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required for data entry and system use.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and records.

Responsibilities

• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to move, gather, distribute, and/or ship.
• Check and prepare order materials for shipping and assist in loading shipments as needed.
• Maintain shipping and receiving records and create shipping labels and documentation (including international shipments).
• Enter data into inventory and warehouse management systems; perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Verify clerical inventory records against physical counts and ensure clean, safe work area and equipment.
• Ensure facility readiness for SQFI, FDA, and customer needs; report incidents to supervisor.
