Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Parts Clerk to manage ordering, receiving, stocking, transferring and issuing parts at Kenco Material Handling Solutions. You will enter parts on work orders, handle pricing quotes, and ensure accurate inventory with timely shop distribution.

Required are a high school diploma, 1–3 years in a parts department, and proficiency with inventory software and MS Office. Forklift experience is preferred, and the role involves lifting 10–50 pounds regularly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a Parts Department.
• Proficiency with inventory management and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify parts needed for shop repairs and enter onto work orders.
• Receive parts, verify quality, and input into the system.
• Prepare parts pricing quotes for service personnel.
• Respond quickly to part requests from shop personnel.
• Maintain proper stock levels and assist in payables for parts.
• Work with vendors to locate and order parts and distribute to shop.
• Ensure timely distribution per production schedule and inspections.
