Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Handle inquiries about replacement parts and availability.
• Inventory Management: Keep the department organized and parts accessible.
• Location Support: Assist other stores in locating parts.
• Supply Parts: Provide technicians with parts from inventory.
• Customer Support: Look up parts and answer questions.
• Order Fulfillment: Pull or order parts as needed.
• Hydraulic Hose Creation: Make hydraulic hoses.
• Stock Management: Manage daily stock orders.
• Branch Assistance: Help branches find parts.
• Inventory Organization: Maintain order and safety.
• Documentation: Handle purchase orders, invoices and returns.
• Inventory Control: Manage parts inventory.
• Policy Adherence: Follow company policies.
• Safety Compliance: Support safety programs.
• Meeting Participation: Attend store meetings.
• Shipping and Receiving: Assist as needed.
