Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Execute parts inventory management: physical inventory, ordering, receiving, pickup coordination and stocking.
• Process invoices.
• Maintain records and statistics (min-max levels).
• Order supplies and maintain inventory counts.
• Manage parts obsolescence.
• Ship warranty parts and returns to vendors.
• Keep parts room organized and clean.
