Job summary

Raymond West is seeking a dynamic Parts Inventory Clerk to join our Parts team. The role focuses on compiling records for ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, and parts.

You will perform physical inventory counts, analyze discrepancies, process stock transfers, and keep inventory accurate across branches, with occasional travel to different locations. Raymond West provides medical, dental, vision, a 401k match, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 3–6 months related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Willing to travel to perform inventory counts at different branches; valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Performs physical inventory counts in-house and off-site.
• Enters data into reports to measure inventory accuracy.
• Analyzes and reconciles inventory discrepancies.
• Processes stock transfers as needed.
• Removes dead stock per policy and disposes of excess items.
• Adjusts minimum and maximum stock levels as directed.
• Audits branches and service areas for accuracy.
• Relocates parts locations for storage efficiency.
• Collaborates with IT to create inventory reports.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
