Cleaver-Brooks Sales & Service in Wood Dale, IL is seeking a Parts Inventory Associate to support our service and sales teams. You will balance office work with warehouse duties to ensure customers receive essential parts for operations.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2 years in a similar role, with proficiency in Outlook/Excel and familiarity with HVAC terminology. The position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years’ experience in a similar industrial/technical position preferred.
• Computer proficiency including Outlook, Word, Excel; Great Plains/IFS background a plus.
• Basic understanding of HVAC industry terminology.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for parts sales inquiries.
• Parts quote development and preparation.
• Data entry and billing.
• Support the Sales & Service departments with material requisitions, parts pricing, purchasing, and parts staging.
• Manage parts inventory stock levels and accuracy.
• Shipping and receiving parts orders and stock.
• Basic knowledge of UPS, FedEx and freight software.
• Professional written and verbal communication.
• Other duties as assigned.
