Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in related field.
• Prefer mechanical and/or construction equipment knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and walk-in traffic for parts sales, inquiries and technical assistance.
• Identify items using catalogs or ERP/CRM systems.
• Fill orders, price items, and process payments for non-credit accounts.
• Ensure correct parts are provided to customers on time.
• Enter all transactional information accurately in the business system.
• Assist in inventory control and cycle counting.
• Document and correct discrepancies between inventory records and actual stock.
• Assist in purchasing parts and supplies to maintain inventory levels.
• Handle shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Support in development of sales promotions and seeking new business.
