Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Parts Clerk in Tennessee to support the shop and parts operations. You will identify required parts, enter orders, receive and stock parts, and prepare quotes for service personnel.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in a parts department, familiarity with inventory systems, and the ability to lift 10–50 pounds. Join a team focused on accuracy and timely inventory management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years’ experience in a parts department.
• Inventory management experience preferred.
• Experience with computerized inventory software and ordering systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift 10–50 pounds frequently.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify parts needed for repairs.
• Enter all parts on work orders.
• Receive parts and log into system.
• Prepare price quotes for service personnel.
• Respond to part requests from shop staff promptly.
• Work with vendors to locate and order parts.
• Inspect received parts for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain proper stock levels.
• Assist in paying for parts daily.
• Distribute parts to shop as per production schedule.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in Parts Department.
• Maintain accurate records for purchased/returned parts.
