Job summary

ProMach in Cincinnati seeks a Parts & Inventory Coordinator to manage receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping for spare parts across the U.S. and Canada.

You will ensure timely receipt, accurate order fulfillment, and strong customer support while backing up shipping and warehouse functions as needed. You will collaborate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to resolve inventory and order issues, maintain a safe, organized warehouse, and drive

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory control, shipping/receiving, spare parts, or logistics operations preferred.
• Proficient with MRP/ERP systems and basic computer tools like Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory levels for divisional spare parts at the Cincinnati facility.
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits to support accuracy.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantity and condition.
• Record transactions in the MRP/ERP system.
• Coordinate and package orders for shipment to US and Canada.
• Coordinate shipments with parcel, freight, and logistics providers.
