ProMach, through its Sentry Equipment subsidiary, seeks a Parts Fulfillment Coordinator to manage spare parts orders and kits. You will support assembly, verify BOMs, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure accurate, on-time shipments.

Ideal candidates have experience in spare parts coordination, inventory control, and read technical docs. The role emphasizes organization, problem solving, and adherence to safety practices.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating spare parts or manufacturing orders.
• Familiarity with inventory and order fulfillment processes.
• Ability to read and interpret bills of materials and assembly instructions.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate spare parts orders from receipt through shipment.
• Assemble spare parts kits, components, and subassemblies per work instructions and specs.
• Read and interpret bills of materials, assembly instructions, work orders, and docs.
• Pick, stage, and verify parts for customer orders and projects.
• Collaborate with inventory, purchasing, engineering, and shipping teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Conduct quality checks on assembled kits and parts for accuracy and specs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve order discrepancies, assembly issues, and inventory concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of order activity, assembly completion, and inventory transactions.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory control activities, and stock replenishment.
• Package and prepare assembled parts and kits for shipment.
• Support continuous improvement of fulfillment and inventory processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all policies.
