This role will manage parts lifecycle from ordering to allocation, warranty tracking, and inventory optimization. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and communication skills, 5+ years in maintenance purchasing, and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years purchasing experience in maintenance or fleet operations.
• 5+ years using high-level maintenance management systems like TMW/TMT.
• Strong analytical abilities with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance parts inventory across multiple locations to maximize efficiency.
• Analyze usage data and adjust inventory levels to minimize excess and shortages.
• Conduct cycle counts and resolve discrepancies for accuracy.
• Lead process improvements through data analysis.
• Prepare reports on inventory metrics for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, DOT, OSHA, and company policies.
