Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Houston, TX is seeking a parts coordinator to oversee ordering, receiving, cataloging and reconciliation of all parts at a single location. You will process POs and vendor payments while maintaining optimal inventory levels to maximize customer uptime.

Qualifications include 1+ year in inventory/parts administration, HS diploma, and proficiency with Word/Excel. The role runs Monday–Friday from 10:00am to 6:30pm with hourly pay and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED, Required
• 1 year or more in Inventory and parts administration/clerical functions, Preferred
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel, Intermediate, Preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inventory, parts ordering, and receiving.
• Process Purchase Orders and supplier invoices.
• Ensure Parts Received are properly recorded into inventory.
• Oversee parts obsolescence.
• Ship warranty and parts returns to vendors.
• Maintain parts room organization and cleanliness
