Job summary

Rodbakerford in Illinois is seeking a full-time Internet Sales Associate to respond to customer inquiries and guide online buyers on vehicle parts and accessories. You will help with product recommendations, update listings, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, collaborative sales environment.

You will also process returns, create new listings for parts, and assist with shipping and inventory tasks across eBay, Amazon, Webstore, and more, contributing to ongoing growth and

• Respond to customer messages in a timely manner
• Update existing listings to reflect new vehicle models and product compatibility
• Process customer returns for e-commerce orders, ensuring returns are in acceptable condition for resale
• Create listings for parts in stock or items we can source from Ford, in addition to sourcing new products to offer and create listings to sell products on eBay, Amazon, Webstore, etc.
• Review products that are sold or unsold to update product titles/specifications/descriptions/pricing to obtain more sales
• Assist with shipping department when workflow exceeds their capabilities (ex: pulling parts for their orders, assisting with shipping orders, help load UPS at the end of the day)
• Help organize parts department bins and assigning parts to new bins
