Job summary

W.W. Williams is seeking an Inside Sales, Parts professional to engage customers in person or by phone, aligning their needs with our product and service offerings. You will identify opportunities, quote prices, and process orders while maintaining inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, effective communication, and the ability to handle payments and delivery scheduling within established policies. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity in Georgia.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years related sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer and software skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers in person or by phone to identify concerns and needs.
• Matches customer needs with products and services and recommends solutions.
• Identifies opportunities beyond current needs and presents benefits to customers.
• Enters sold products into computer system for inventory and invoicing.
• Quotes prices, terms, and prepares orders for sales obtained.
• Recovers freight costs per current policy and processes payments.
• Assists with delivery timing based on inventory and schedules.
