Job summary

Pride Mobility Products Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented team player to coordinate parts orders and shipments. The role involves placing orders, tracking parts, and updating customers on order status while adhering to safety protocols.

• Receive ordered parts and match them to orders.
• Provide customer service by tracking and giving status of orders to customers.

Hourly Rate: $18.84

Schedule: 7:00am-3:30pm

DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY

To coordinate parts orders, including ordering parts from supporting locations

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

• Order seats and all non-stock shrouds with Purchasing and coordinate all shipments for daily deliveries from the supplier
• Enter and move orders into Oracle for parts from other locations
• Track parts to ensure they are put in proper location to fill orders
• Coordinate daily domestic handwritten orders and monitor and fulfill order status requests via email
• Receive ordered parts and match them to orders
• Handle incoming calls to provide customer service by tracking and giving status of orders to the customer
• Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
• Complete the Annual CTPAT Security Training
• Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
• Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
• Assist with organization and cleaning of work area, keeping aisles and walkways clear at all times
• Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary
