Job summary

Pride Mobility Products Corp. in the Duryea area is seeking a detail-oriented team member to coordinate parts orders, enter orders in Oracle, and track shipments from suppliers.

This hourly position requires accuracy, multitasking, and clear communication to support daily operations. You will respond to customer inquiries, provide order status updates, and work closely with Purchasing and Pride departments to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future.
• At least 2 years of Parts Shipping experience with Pride Mobility OR at least 2 years of customer service experience in a professional office environment.
• Experience with Pride Mobility products preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate parts orders with Purchasing and shipments from suppliers.
• Enter and move orders into Oracle for parts from other locations.
• Track parts to ensure correct location for filling orders.
• Coordinate daily domestic handwritten orders and monitor order statuses via email.
• Receive ordered parts and match them to orders.
• Provide customer service by tracking orders and giving status to customers.
• Observe safety rules and report accidents or injuries promptly.
• Support continuous improvement and collaboration with Pride departments.
• Keep work area organized and aisles clear at all times.
