Job summary

Pride Mobility Products Corporation is seeking a Parts Shipping Coordinator to manage orders, shipments, and tracking from multiple locations. You will enter orders in Oracle, verify parts, and provide status updates to customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily shipments, ensuring proper part locations, and maintaining order accuracy. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with 2+ years in parts shipping or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate parts orders and shipments from supplier locations.
• Enter orders into Oracle and track orders from other locations.
• Track parts and ensure proper location for filling orders.
• Coordinate daily domestic handwritten orders and respond to status requests via email.
• Receive ordered parts and match them to orders.
• Provide customer service by tracking order status via phone.
• Report safety incidents; complete annual CTPAT training.
• Focus on continuous improvement and collaborate with Pride departments.
• Keep work area clean; maintain clear aisles and walkways.
• Discretion to modify duties or assign other tasks as needed.

To coordinate parts orders, including ordering parts from supporting locations

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

• Order seats and all non-stock shrouds with Purchasing and coordinate all shipments for daily deliveries from the supplier
• Enter and move orders into Oracle for parts from other locations
• Track parts to ensure they are put in proper location to fill orders
• Coordinate daily domestic handwritten orders and monitor and fulfill order status requests via email
• Receive ordered parts and match them to orders
• Handle incoming calls to provide customer service by tracking and giving status of orders to the customer
• Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
• Complete the Annual CTPAT Security Training
• Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
• Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
• Assist with organization and cleaning of work area, keeping aisles and walkways clear at all times
• Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• At least 2 years of successful experience in Parts Shipping with Pride Mobility OR at least 2 years of customer service experience in a professional office environment

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• At least 2 years of experience providing administrative or service support in a manufacturing, production or distribution operation preferred
• Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred

REQUIRED EDUCATION

• High School Diploma or GED

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
