Job summary

Kraft Tank Corporation is seeking a friendly Parts Front Counter Representative to serve retail customers both at the counter and via phone and email. You will assist customers with parts inquiries and sales needs, providing a helpful, responsive experience that keeps operations running smoothly.

You will also support warehouse duties, help manage inventory, pull and stage parts orders, and assist with other warehouse tasks to maintain an efficient department.

Qualifications

• 1 year in sales or related field, tank trailer industry preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, can-do attitude, anticipate challenges and rise to meet them.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Office 365 applications for efficient sales management.
• Strong project management and analytical skills to oversee multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Be the Voice of Customer Service: assist over-the-counter customers with parts needs.
• Stay Ahead of Customer Needs: manage daily call list and coordinate delivery routes.
• Facilitate Orders Smoothly: verify customer account status and required authorizations.
• Create a Welcoming Space: organize and restock the showroom for an inviting shopping experience.
• Warehouse Support: assist with receiving, stocking, picking, staging and inventory counts.
