Job summary

Kraft Tank Corporation is seeking a friendly Parts Front Counter Representative to serve retail customers both at the counter and via phone and email. You will assist customers with parts inquiries and sales needs, providing a helpful, responsive experience that keeps operations running smoothly.

You will also support warehouse duties, help manage inventory, pull and stage parts orders, and assist with other warehouse tasks to maintain an efficient department.

Qualifications

• 1 year in sales or related field, tank trailer industry preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, can-do attitude, anticipate challenges and rise to meet them.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Office 365 applications for efficient sales management.
• Strong project management and analytical skills to oversee multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Be the Voice of Customer Service: assist over-the-counter customers with parts needs.

Kraft Tank Corporation is seeking a dynamic Parts Front Counter Representative to be the friendly voice our customers can rely on for all their parts inquiries and sales needs. As a Parts Front Counter Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer support. You’ll be the first point of contact for retail customers over the counter and by remote channels, helping them find the parts they need to keep their operations running smoothly.

In addition to assisting customers, this position will provide support in the warehouse as needed. This may include helping with receiving and organizing parts, pulling and staging orders, maintaining inventory, and assisting with other warehouse duties to help keep the department running efficiently.

What You’ll do:

• Be the Voice of Customer Service: Be the friendly voice on the other end of the line and assist over the counter customers, addressing their parts needs with expertise and enthusiasm.

Warehouse Operations

• Receive incoming parts shipments and verify items against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Stock and organize inventory to maintain an efficient, accurate, and well-organized warehouse.
• Pick, stage, and prepare parts orders for customers and shipments.
• Assist with cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

Parts Support & Customer Service

• Assist the parts team by locating and pulling parts quickly and accurately.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 1 years of experience in sales or a related field, particularly in the tank trailer industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, can-do attitude, anticipate challenges and rise to meet them.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Office 365 applications for efficient sales management.
• Strong project management and analytical skills to oversee multiple priorities.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand, walk, reach, climb, or crouch.
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in written and verbal skills with customers, management, and team members.
