Essential Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service
• Answer calls professionally and promptly
• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing parts, providing recommendations
• Fulfill orders in person, online, and over the phone
• Handle various departmental orders and requests
• Support team to complete daily tasks
• Receive, verify, stock, ship, and pull parts
• Maintain a neat and organized work area
• Assist with merchandise displays
• Participate in inventory cycle counts
• Maintain company Core Values
• Obtain forklift certification (training provided)
• Maintain department vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Handle on-call duties as assigned

Education and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Intermediate computer and math skills
• Fluent in English; Spanish preferred
