Job summary

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc. is seeking a Parts Expeditor to support customers and the Service Department across our territory, ensuring timely parts delivery and accurate order processing.

The role emphasizes helping customers choose replacements, ordering parts, maintaining CRM records, and coordinating with supervisors to keep repairs on schedule. We value initiative, independent work, and strong communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide quotes and process orders with Cat and allied vendors.
• Order parts to support shop operations and complete work orders.
• Support Sales and Service teams and communicate order status to supervisors.
• Advise customers on substitutions when replacements are unavailable.
• Maintain accurate customer and equipment data in the CRM.
• Keep customers informed of new parts, services, and dealer programs.
• Verify parts receipt and ensure on-schedule repairs.

Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Parts Expeditor.

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful professionals.

Position Summary

Provide superior level of support to customers throughout CBE Territory. Provide superior level of support to Service Department. Work with customers to determine the best solution to parts needs. Provide support in identifying Caterpillar and Allied vendor parts needs for customers .

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide quotes and process for Cat and allied vendors to
• Support all shop operations by ordering parts within a timely manner to complete work orders .
• Support Product Support Field Sales/Inside Sales/Machine Sales/Service
• Communicate with supervisor, service manager and service coordinator on order status of back ordered
• Advise customer on substitution of part when replacement is not available
• Maintain accurate customer and equipment information in the CRM
• Keep customers informed of new parts, services available,and dealer merchandising prog
• Maintain an orderly hold
• Verify all parts are received to meet repair schedule by checking orders in hold

Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of the practices, programs, policies and procedures of the company and Cat parts delivery process
• Thorough knowledge of Truck applications and parts
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently with little or no
• Considerable analytical abilities in interpreting pricing,schedule,and delivery requirements
• -Excellent decision making and interpersonal skills and the ability to perform effectively in an environment of various levels of complexity ,priorities and time schedule deadlines

Education/Experience

Individual should have a high school diploma or equivalent; three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Individual should have above average communication skills as well as a mechanical aptitude

Medium/Heavy Truck Parts Specialist Certification a plus but not required
