Job summary

Sealed Air Corporation is seeking a Parts & Equipment Operations Analyst to drive process improvements and operational excellence within the Customer Service team. You will own onboarding, training materials, and SOP governance while partnering with IT and CS leadership on initiatives such as SAP, Cisco Finesse, and PowerBI reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, operations, or a process-focused role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning new systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives specific to Parts & Equipment operations.
• Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and develop actionable solutions with CS leadership.
• Document and standardize improved processes through SOP creation and governance.
• Own onboarding and training for new Customer Service hires and maintain training materials.
• Maintain and update SOPs and daily PowerBI-based reports for CS leadership.
