Job summary

National Carwash Solutions, a leading provider of car wash equipment and parts, seeks a Customer Service Representative for its aftermarket and e-commerce channels. You will own the customer experience from inquiry through order fulfillment, answering questions, processing orders, resolving issues, and coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time deliveries.

Located on-site in Frisco, TX or Grimes, IA, you will work in a fast-paced environment, using ERP and CRM systems,

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service experience in call center, order processing, or e-commerce environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems (ERP, CRM, order management).
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Process parts orders accurately in the ERP/order management system.
• Provide order status updates, tracking information, and delivery timelines.
• Research and resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, billing questions, and returns.
• Identify correct replacement parts using part numbers, equipment models, or descriptions.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to expedite orders and resolve fulfillment issues.
• Process warranty claims and return authorizations according to policy.
• Maintain accurate customer accounts and order histories in CRM/ERP.
